Following the publication of new recommendations by WHO on the use of targeted next generation sequencing, GLI is publishing an FAQ on Genomic Sequencing for Drug Resistant Tuberculosis. The document provides answers to common questions on genome sequencing and includes chapters on general issue, wet lab issues and analysis issues.
