In September 2022, Stop TB Partnership's Executive Committee approved 26 new Wave 10 projects, in 18 different countries, that focus on the provsion of integrated service delivery (ISD), the expansion of TB prevention treatment (TPT), or a combination of both, in the fight against tuberculosis (TB) while simultaneously contributing to health system strengthening. Funding for Wave 10 is supported by Global Affairs Canada, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and for the first time ever, the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Officce (FCDO).

Launched in March 2022, the Wave 10 call for proposals generated a large interest with 480 proposals submitted in the first application stage. After an independent proposal review process, 95 of hte applicants were invited to submit a more detailed second stage proposal application. After the second stage review, the proposal review committee recommended the selection of the 26 proposals based on their feasibility of being implemented and achieving impact and sustainability.

Nineteen of the new projects have an ISD intervention combing multiple interrelated healthcare services which allows for the offering of people-centered care and the maximization of resources to increase efficiencies in the health system. Projects are focused on combing TB services with mental health, hepatitis C, lung cancer, diabetes, Covid-19, leprosy, malnutririon, COPS, silicosis and many other disease areas. Nineteen projects aim to expand the provision of TPT through the use of new diagnostics, shorter treatment regimens, and community engagement strategies.
