TB REACH Wave 1 commenced in 2010 with the TB REACH Proposal Review Committee (PRC) selecting 30 projects among 192 applications. The Stop TB Partnership’s Board endorsed the proposal and a total budget of USD 18.2 million was committed. Of the 30 approved projects, 20 of the primary recipients were NGOs or civil society organizations, seven were National TB Programs and three were other government agencies. Of the 30 approved projects, 11 projects received additional funding to Scale Up their interventions for a total of USD 4.5 million.
