For the compassionate program (eligible country list), Cepheid offers an additional second year of warranty free of charge once the XPERTCHECK is purchased and performed before the end of the first year. This worksheet is meant to provide an estimate only. While the costs for the machines and test cartridges are fixed, shipping costs will vary by port of destination and should not be used to calculate a final cost. Once a product request form is completed TB REACH and GDF will provide an actual cost from the manufacturer. This budgeting tool does not include customs clearance, taxes or in country transportation which is the responsibility of the consignee and will vary by country. In many settings, power supply for the Xpert machines may be irregular. A backup power supply is highly recommended and should provide enough power to run a test until power can be restored. An individual test takes roughly two hours to complete. Backup power supply should be procured locally. |
