Highlights from our Grantees
Asha Kalp
TB REACH grantee Asha Kalp developed this emotional video highlighting the tragic issues around TB in India; 400,000 deaths per year and 1 million people "missing" - never identified by the National Health System, many of whom are living in hard-to-reach rural areas with poor access to care.
Asha Kalp is a small volunteer organization working with tribal populations in the Madhya Pradesh State of India to End TB. Their work, devoted to their communities appears maybe as a small effort at global level; but is of crucial importance for their people.
Without organizations like Asha Kalp working to help these hard-to-reach populations, many more would go without diagnosis, treatment and care.
