| 1) We connect laboratories and provide analytical expertise to increase the impact of diagnostic technologies. 2) Reporting TB related numbers is a lengthy process and is most of the time based on paper documents. This process is prone to error and is an obstacle to a faster TB eradication. 3) We wish to accelerate the TB eradication by adding value in the decision processes. We gather and analyse TB test results data to provide decision makers with better information and knowledge about their TB sickness management. |

| We install the GenXchange software in countries to merge the TB test results from GeneXpert assays located in remote areas into one centralized database in the country and propose analysis reports to guide the decision makers in their tasks to eradicate TB. We provide help at the assays' operational level and at the epidemic level (TB and MDR TB) in a form of reports and advices. |

Laboratory Strengthening: To improve the TB test results availability to take decision or for reporting needs, we installed the GenXchange software in Benin in March 2016 to gather in one national database the test results coming from the GeneXpert assays disseminated in the country. Test results are also communicated to the prescribers as soon as known. We will in June 2016 install the software in Ivory Coast and in Cameroon. We have developed a TB standard report (operation, TB and MDR-TB) based on the GeneXpert assays' results and the patient information (personal and medical history) and are working on a dashboard solution to facilitate the access to the data, its comprehension and the export of standardized reports. |
