Mission
The Africa Coalition on TB (ACT!) values and consolidates the power within communities throughout Africa to end the injustice of TB, a curable disease from which millions of our people suffer and die each year. To enable infected and affected communities to advocate for universal access to TB services by developing and enhancing advocacy skills, knowledge, tools, and opportunities to contribute to and hold all stakeholders accountable for achieving a TB-free Africa.
• CSOs, Communities and Stakeholders Dialogue on Regional TB Response, Advocacy priorities and HLM targets monitoring
• Continue to support coordination and engagement of CSOs and communities in the region
• Support Country Dialogues towards NSP development and TB Funding Request to the Global Fund
• Collaboration with Global TB Caucus (Advocacy to parliamentarians on domestic financing)
• Collaboration with African Union, Union Africa Region
• Collaboration with Stop TB Partnership to further disseminate CRG-SI tools
• World TB Day
• World AIDS Day and other related health days advocacy opportunities
• Regional consultation on Domestic Resource Mobilization to End TB in Africa
• Advocacy on WHO AFRO rGLC and adoption of new DR-TB regimens
• Engagement with first ladies of Africa to increase awareness and mobilize resources for TB at the regional and national level.

TB Care Delivery:
ACT has supported several advocacy activities in the african region, during the UN HLM, ACT coordinated CSOs and Communities input into the HLM and also the UHC HLM.

TB-HIV:
Collaboration with GNP+ to do joint planning meetings on advocacy priorities

Research:
Supporting Operational research to inform implementation around finding the missing people and patient centered appraoch
