1. Pure Heart Foundation is a non governmental organization that has been working at the grassroots level, towards a hazard free environment and health friendly for the enhancement of women, youth and the disabled in the society at large.
2. Due to our works at the grassroots level on health, hygiene, we have been working in small groups on Tuberculosis by raising awarenenss , we feel partnering and collaborating with the required Stakeholders with huge experience in the field will be an added advantage which would in turn boost our knowledge and work in the field
3. We plan on doing community outreach through advocacy programs , mobilization and sensitization. we also plan to research more into effective ways of reducing the disease at the lowest minimal. |

1. We join hands with other organization to create awareness on TB.
2. With the help of our community care workers we detect and refer for treatment at the nearest general hospitals
3. Constantly carrying on research on how TB can be fully controlled
4. Carry out follow ups to ensure that the diagnosed are taking their drugs regularly. |
