SNP+ is to respond to the needs of the people who have no access to receive education/information regarding HIV/AIDS/TB & to improve quality of life of HIV positive people and other marginalized & vulnerable population in society.

To function as a coalition of community based organization.

To improve the quality of life of PLHIV and other marginalized & vulnerable population of society.

SNP+ is interested because HIV/AIDS and Tuberculosis are co-infection diseases.
We will promote the TB awareness approaches through all our activities.

SNP+ is the organization of people living with HIV/AIDS. AIDS and TB is the co-infection disease. Therefore all of SNP+ members will sensitize the community about how to combat with TB, AIDS etc,.

TB Care Delivery:
Identifying High Rik Community/ TB suspected areas.
Motivating People for test of sputum.
TB positive people are in regular contact and facilitating them in getting their regular treatment.

TB-HIV:
Identifying AIDS-TB co-infected people and referring to hospital for their complete treatment.

Research:
How TB is spreading day by day in poor and vulnerable people's community.
