Our work involves: •Supporting establishment and strengthen PLWHAs support group members about TB and HIV. •Intensifying TB case finding, health education and referral for VCT clients working with TB focal person. •Organize collaborative TB/HIV/AIDS advocacy meeting and drama theater shows. • Train the CSO and selected community members in advocacy, networking and collaboration strategies and mobilization with the TB focal person Healthcare IV. •Identify and train community DOT service providers and community mobilizers and educators

The organisation is trying to increase the technical knowledge and skills of community mobilizers at the district level and to improve their ability to implement TB/HIV collaborative activities in their respective community working with the Health centre IV. participate in screen HIV patients for TB and offer HIV counseling and testing for TB patients. Refer patients to appropriate TB and HIV services and follow up referrals. Advocacy on health issues including TB and HIV drug stock out. Psychosocial support and palliative care to people with HIV/AIDS. Continuum of care established from the home through to health facility based care, supported by a sound system of client referral. |

Please tell us how your organization will contribute to the Global Plan to Stop TB by briefly describing its involvement in any of the areas of work listed below: |
TB Care Delivery: Improve community engagement and networking and to strengthen partnership with all TB stakeholders in the district through participation in advocacy meeting Strengthen the capacity of activists and representatives of affected communities for effective engagement at all levels with clients with competencies in tb/hiv management. Promoting effective communication of TB issues at all levels through use of drama actions, dance and music in the community. Advocate for increased resources for addressing TB, good leadership and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
TB-HIV: Community engagements. The organisation has had multiple engagements with the communities and supporting to establish structures, mechanisms and procedures to help the communities, households and families address the TB and HIVchallenge Strengthening established community structures identifying the community based organisation, community individuals and family members in order to create awareness, educate them on need for improved health seeking behavour and building community collaboration partnerships Supporting family nutritional needs of Has, Tb clients to enable them adhere to drug uptake, encouraging family members to grow improved nutritious crops, for food security of the households and individuals, we offer nutrition education and counselling, establishing nutritional gardens, USAID trained our project staffs in farm to table program, also we ensure clean water and improved sanitation at all levels through education Reducing stigma and discrimination in families of people living with TB and HIV including individuals infected with TB
