Organization Description: |
1.2 Vision: To be an excellent organization in participatory and sustainable social interventions among IDPs and host communities in South and Central Somalia.
1.3 Mission Commitment to provide support for communities to realize their potentials through income generating activities to support women, children, youth and people living with HIV/AIDS.
1.4 Objectives 1.4.1 Overall Objectives ? To strengthen and build the capacities of the community members towards improving their situation and conditions, through physical, social and economic development ? To facilitate the community members on Perceptions and Attitudes Change, Communication and Interpersonal relationships for improved peaceful coexistence, conflict resolution at both personal and community levels, human rights and good governance. ? To collaborate and network with other developmental organizations locally and internationally for the development of the partner communities. ? To collaborate with the Authorities, public bodies, private sector or any institution proper to the objectives of the organization for and to receive resources, grants or finances or any other kind of assistance for promoting the objectives of the organization.
1.4.2 Specific Objectives ? To fight towards poverty eradication among low-income earners, vulnerable, through farming, entrepreneurship, education, water and sanitation, health and business. ? To accumulate, lend, advance or give credit or loan to the low-income group, vulnerable groups etc. ? To initiate local and international peace initiatives through lobbying, advocacy, seminars and workshops. ? To rehabilitate and re-integrate and provide support to the affected categories of the community members. ? To Provide educational empowerment to IDPs
