Organization Description: |
Bismath Health Network provides ongoing medical training to our health center and hospital partners, and we work to make a difference by improving health outcomes for mothers, children and infants in rural Africal. BHN aims to improve the quality of care and financial sustainability of our health partners to transform African health care and impact Ugandans in a positive way. Our goal is to improve clinical performance by 50% within the first 12 months of partnership, across all core functions ranging from nursing care to financial management. We impact our clinic partners in four general categories: basic medical and surgical care, financial/management consulting, pharmaceutical supply - including operational management. VISION 3.1 To become a reputable health promotion organization working in areas of disease control and prevention in tropical Africa 3.2 MISSION 3.3 To improve the health and clinical standards in health units across Africa.. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVIES OF THE ORGANISATION 3.4 Promoting health of youthful men and women through targeted health education; clinical care; and medical education. 3.5 Improving youthful people’s access to quality clinical care, health education; and disease prevention activities. 3.6 Increasing sustainable community-led Health lifestyles; Nutrition; and longevity.
