3. TB Control FICA is already working with local health centers in terms of provision of referral services, treatment and care. The organization continues to conduct awareness and capacity building initiatives, encouraging People Living with HIV/AIDS under ART to also test for TB. Working with government health centers and participating in activities coordinated by the National AIDS Council as an example always aligns FICA's work to the national TB control plan. The organization does not conduct any TB related activities without working in collaboration with departments and institutions under the Ministry of Health and Child Care. As a result, the work that is done by FICA is always aligned to the national development agenda. |
