It is moreover what pushed other organisation to choose our president for 4 years in CCM Cameroon as representative of the organizations of the civil society against the TB.

Please tell us how your organization will contribute to the Global Plan to Stop TB by briefly describing its involvement in any of the areas of work listed below:

TB Care Delivery:

Our organization finds itself in the priorities of the strategic national plan which widely bound itself in Global Plan to Stop TB. Within the national coalition against the tuberculosis in Cameroon, we are in charge of public policy. At the beginning of 2017, we collected the texts which govern the fight against tuberculosis in Cameroon. These texts will be used to support gradually our advocacy and our strategic follow-up.
Since the beginning of 2017, we collect the concerns of other civil society organizations as we are going to lead them.
March 24th, not having had the means for a big media deployment, we observed one minute of silence in the office of our association in memory people died from TB and led an educational talk in direction of our beneficiaries.

Drug-Resistant TB:
At the level of the national program, measures are taken so that all the patients of TB benefit from an appropriate treatment. But, educational therapeutics activities are not addressed. Our role will be to mobilize resources to train the actors of care on the therapeutic education of the patient to avoid the bad observance and drug resistances

TB-HIV:
We are going to continue the plead so that the screening units of the tuberculosis are integrated into the units of care of the HIV and vice versa so that the passage on the scale of the screening of the HIV at the tubercular people and so that the search(research) for the tuberculosis is systematic at the HIV-positive people.

New Diagnostics:
We strongly believe that the premature information is the key of the detection of the cases. So, for several years, we make sensitive the households on the existence of the tuberculosis to facilitate the premature detection of the cases
