FACT contributes to the NTP program through implementation of the following objectives.

-Building a critical mass of civil society actors working towards eradication of community health ( Tuberculosis, HIV, Hep C, Cancer and Malaria) , education and development challenges in Malawi
- Providing space for collaboration for all national stakeholders working on community health issues.
- Mobilizing resources that will enable active participation of communities in public health and developmental programs both at a national and sub-regional levels
- Acting as a bridge between communities, policy makers and resource institutions in Malawi through social mobilisation and information dissemination
- Providing innovative, evidence based solutions to community challenges related to health, education and agriculture
