The main Fosbes mission is the search of the social well being of the vulnerable and penniless people from DR Congo through the creation and the encouragement of the communitary links, the promotion and acquisition of some knowledges favorable for development, fighting malnutrition, prevention of sicknesses such as Aids, malaria, tuberculosis, typhoid etc.
