Organization Description:
Emmanuel Surgery is a private health care institution established last year in rural Kwekwe in Zimbabwe. Its objective is to provide affordable and accessible community preventive and curative safe health care service to rural communities. The surgery serves a mining and agriculture oriented rural community where there is high probability of TB. Our plan is to promote self awareness, early diagnosis and treatment.

As indicated above, this surgery is a private initiative aimed at bringing community participatory, safe, affordable primary health care services. In relation to TB we do mainly awareness campaign and promotion of early diagnosis and treatment

TB Care Delivery:
we undertake campaign whenever the community gathers for various activities associated with rural life. We are currently in rural Kwekwe and seek to expand our efforts to other rural areas.

TB-HIV:
We encourage the community to undertake both tests (TB and HIV) through posters, visits to schools and churches
