| Vision:Empowered communities free from HIV/AIDS and defending the rights of children Mission:LICO seeks to combat HIV/AIDS and poverty in communities through education and awareness FOCUS AREAS: HIV/AIDS, TB, Cervical Cancer, Malaria, Sexual reproductive Health and Rights LICO is implementing a TB project which aims at engaging communities in TB response. The project objectives are to raise community awareness on TB, increase access to TB testing services in the community through the establishment of community sputum collection points. Strengthen the follow up of TB patients and strengthen TB/HIV referral system I participated in the WHO TB consultation meeting with NGOs is Ethiopia. |
