| Sahara CFRCAR works with PLHIV, PWUD and people affected by TB and poverty. We have a 30 bed residential care home and OPD clinics. We also function as a proxy DOTS provider. We currently provide services to over 5000 clients. More than 90 percent of clients PLHIV/DU have TB. the incidence of EPTB is high and that of DR-TB even more so. We would like to see better services and treatment regimens. We provide care and support for the entire family, this includes any support the famility unit needs including food and nutrition, economic empowerment etc |

| We provide a comprehensive package to our clients that follows them through treatment and beyond. We have a 100% treatment completion rate, except in late EPTB cases where the client has died, beacuse of late diagnosis |
