TB Care Delivery: The communities that are having TB patients are regularly engaged in education through discussions to correct misconceptions, root out stigmatization, and lobby their partnership for safer neighborhood, cooperation and TB support. The local government, traditional authorities, schools, religious groups, and the unit committees are partnered with in penetration the various strata of society with the messages of hope about TB. Drug-Resistant TB: Counseling of TB patients and their treatment aides has been made a continuous process, from pre-daignosis to treatment outcomes assessment. This has checked the lost to follow-up and treatment failure. TB-HIV: The laboratory support together with clinicians on the spot laboratory request for both TB and HIV tests, treatment and support are comprehensively done to reduce relapse and related deaths. Laboratory Strengthening: Or facility laboratories have records of adequate reagents. The oral quick and the first response sometimes diverge results but the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital has the "determine" to break the tie situation. Research interest in problems like this is gradually picking up. New TB Vaccines: We hope to be brought on board as soon as possible.
