| All patients prior to admission to our facility are required to have TB screening , in addition all staff are required to have yearly screening. All person served and staff are required to have yearly education on TB | |

TB Care Delivery: Often CCTC educates those in community , family members and other stakeholders. We feel that the more education on any subject the healthier Alabama might become. TB-HIV: All patients are required to have HIV screening and many have HIV testing we are a methadone treatment facility and are required to assit those in need. |

| Declaration of interests: I am currently the president of all the methadone clinics in Alabama. I take great pride in assisting those with the need of health assistance. Our specific rates currently are 4.2 per 100,000 cases in our region. I feel the more we know the more we can help! I have two facilities that I own and would welcome public screening or education site. Our Chilton Clinic is located in the center of Alabama . It is 10,000 square feet and ample room for helping others. Chilton County Treatment Center is committed toward enhancing the lives of all the persons served, and to promote the quality, value and optimal outcomes of services through opiate replacement treatment therapy. Agency Purpose: In support of our mission and values, Chilton County Treatment Center promotes the following beliefs which encompass the purpose of our mission Procedure: 1. All persons served have the right to treatment suited to their individual needs and the right to receive treatment in the least restrictive environment. Therapy all persons served enrolled in treatment at Chilton County Treatment Center will have a Primary therapist and they will participate in the development of the initial individualized treatment plan and subsequent treatment plans throughout their time in treatment. 2. Persons served will receive individualized services which will be designed to assist them in establishing an opiate free lifestyle and enhance their quality of life. 3. Provide services, which will improve the person served decision making skills and their ability to analyze the consequential circumstances associated with continued involvement in criminal activities. 4. Provide services to restore and/or preserve the family unit. These services include, but are not limited to referrals, advocacy, parenting education, couples counseling, etc. 5.
