Currntly CCDO is in negotiating with health facility through to have sputum collecting points through out Thyolo district.CCDO also planning to mobilse resource to recruit health personel to be full time staff in improve d health posts which were initiated by MSF/BELGIUM before their project phased out in Thyolo.

TB Care Delivery:
CCDO is planning to scale up TB/HIV activities to all T/A areas in Thyolo district by 2015.
CCDO strategy is to advocate for availability of TB/HIV health and medical personnel at community level,CCDO will target decision makers at district level, the aim is to let them know the health problems are faced by people in the communities.At the end of the meeting We gonna come up with plan of action to be followed by both parties.
