| Since 2009 NG initiate and work in TB in ACSM component in community to mitigate stigma and discrimination regarding TB/HIV coinfection, as NG main focus for people who use drug and PLHIV but it seems only HIV is not the factor leads them to death the main cause is tuberculosis hence,since 2010 NG working as a SR of NTC global fund project in TB (ACSM,PAL,Infection control,PPM)in 27 district of nepal since till date NG provide inputs to NSP team by conducting national consultation meeting with community organisation and the affected and infected people.since 2014 NG working in TB reach funded by WHO to detect Tb case finding among PLHIV and people who use drugs.So to control TB infection and Active case finding Ng mobilise more than 50 volunteers who are belongs to PLHIV/TB patient/formal drug users and health service providers in communiy level in order to dessiminate information regarding Tuberculosis. | |

| As NG is member in national tuberculosis control network under MOHP, the hidden reality about access to treatment and the rights of TB/HIV patients NG always rise voice for our target groups,Ng people indirectly and directly involve in NSP team so that the ground reality in the community will reflect in NSP. | |

TB Care Delivery: NG provides Infrastructure to independent volunteers to who provides dots service in community level, and to those dots center working in urban sites. Drug-Resistant TB: Advocacy in rights of Service access and the allowance for DR TB patients in community to national level. TB-HIV: Regarding TB/HIV we conduct several training at community, district and national level to PLHIV,TB patients,and service providers. build strong cross referral mechanism with in Dots center,distrct lab, ART and HcT centres. conduct various awareness program and campaign o different level and target groups. Research: Till now we are not involve but soon we are going to involve |
