Lean on Me provides comprehensive care and support to adolescents and young women living with HIV and TB. We are interested in TB because it remains the highest killer of people living with HIV and if it can be controlled then people living with HIV can live longer healthier lives. As an organization we will continue being involved in advocacy to ensure that TB is an agenda in HIV platforms and we also want to document stories from the community to support TB advocacy. |

We are involved in advocacy to ensure HIV programs are intergrated with TB care. We also advocate for human rights in TB programming and finally We provide treatment literacy and adherence counseling to TB patients. |
