| SPACE was founded in the year 2001 and since then is working tirelessly with marginalized communities (MSM & Transgender/Hijra)on Health and Human Rights of the LGBTI communities.SPACE is a leading partner of NACO in implementing Targetted Interventions on HIV in Delhi. SPACE is interested in TB interventions because a lot of our community members (trans-members) are street based and destitute having no access to health services, but are HIV positive as well as TB infected. The organisation as such has not done much for TB control directly but indirectly diagnosis, care and support of TB infected,affected been a part of our outreach work. We wish to get engaged more directly in TB planning and control programme so that our community,the most vulnerable Transgender and MSM community members can have better information, decision and support. |

| SPACE is a implementing multiple targetted intervention programmes on HIV/AIDS with LGBTI community and as part of HIV prevention, routine diagnosis, treatment and care for TB infected and affected is part of our outreach work and thus indirectly the organisation is contributing to the National TB control plan. | |
