Outreach Scout Foundation (OSF) is a non-governmental organization established in 2002 but registered in 2004 under the government of Malawi Trustee’s Incorporation Act 1962.
Our Vision Malawi with well empowered young women and men in development
Our Mission OSF exists to provide optimal framework condition to vulnerable young women and men in rural communities through promoting Hygiene and water sanitation, environmental protection, Rights of Children, Social Justice, TB/HIV/AIDS prevention and Nutrition security.
NETWORKS The organization is a member and works with the following organizations; 1.Human Rights Consultative Committee (HRCC) 2.Malawi Health Equity Network (MHEN) 3.National Alcohol Alliance 4.NGO-Gender Coordinating Network (NGCN) 5.Lilongwe District Civil Society Network 6.Maputo Plan of Action Malawi Chapter 7.Stop TB Partnership 8.NGO Water Environment Sanitation Network. 9.Better Care Network (BCN) Malawi Chapter 10.Malawi Network Against Child trafficking (M-NACT) 11.Malawi Network of AIDS Service Organizations (MANASO)
Outreach Scout Foundation plans an affirmation of TB>HIV Strategies that exists to enhance larger participation of vulnerable persons living in HIV interventions. Membership of the Stop TB Partnership would greatly inform the strategy and operational situation in terms of TB interventions

The organisation is doing its work through formation of TB/HIV and SRHR primary school, secondary, community clubs for enhancing full participation that will lead to TB/HIV reduction.
These clubs are responsible to identify patients who are affected by TB/HIV so that issues of treatment could be addressed accordingly |
