TB Care Delivery: we will do home to home survey including in difficult areas to access,we arrange social mobiliztion through community meetings mid media activities,we will include all staffholders like all general practitioner linkworkers,tteachers regional head like priest maullana,to spred awareness and contribute towards national tb programme,we will use all forum to meet and aware the people about tb Drug-Resistant TB: we will encouarage tb pt to continue tb treatment we will find out default pts and will help to start treatment early to stop drug resistance tb TB-HIV: we will encourage hiv pt to go for regular screening like sputum tests and we will suggests them to avoid tb contact,use cloths over mouth,we will help them to increase their immunity and also we will screen each pt tb for hiv also and regular visit for cd4 test and regular intake of ART(antiviral treatment) increse their their immunity and keep them away frpm tb |
