| Our organization is constantly working in prisons since 2001. Since 2006 we are heading the Public Oversight Commission to monitor compliance with human rights in prisons , conduct monitoring of human rights in prisons , including the right to health , conduct outreach activities among prisoners , their relatives and prison staff . Also, members of our organization work as part of the NPM mandate which allows preferential access to all state agencies closed area. |

| We are conducting public monitoring of penitentiary institutions involving experts in the civilian TB services. This allows you to monitor the progress of implementation of TB control programme in prisons, timely reveal the violations, analyze the reasons of violations, including the analysis of national legislation, and timely react to these violations. |
