Organization Description:
1. AAA's mission is to uplift dignity of disadvantage people through provision of social services with respect of transparency, quality, equity, availability and accessibility
2. TB is neglected and few partners are involved in combating TB in South Sudan. Our focus is to treat everybody suffering from TB as the drugs are available free of charge. So, no body should be left behind for treatment
3. Community TB is our focus in order to reach more people as we can. This go hand to hand with TB expansion in South Sudan. We are planing to have at least one TBMU in each County where AAA is involved

Please tell us how your organization is contributing to your country's national TB control plan:
AAA is the main key organization involved in TB program in South Sudan. AAA is running 13 TBMU and supports 20 periphery laboratories for TB screening. AAA contributes 25-30% of over all TB notification in the Country.

TB Care Delivery:
AAA is continuing to expend its TB services at community level in order to reduce stigma and discrimination

TB-HIV:
AAA is more focusing on TB-HIV collaborative activities i order to reduce death among those patients.

Laboratory Strengthening:
AAA is integrating TB services in existing health facilities. Thus strengthening laboratories in order to do able to do TB screening
