1.Partnering to empower in sustainable development of the Pastoralists through advocacy & fight against extreme poverty, hunger, and preventable diseases in both Kenya/Somalia. 2. We are interested by the number of TB patients in the Pastoralists communities neighboring along the Elwak Kenya & Elwak Somalia in the region.with MDR-TB /HIV related patients & lack of proper approach to coordinate between the 2 countries citizens admitted at Elwak Kenya Main Hospital,lack of proper referral system & follow up of defaulters...etc 3.> Plan to role out a holistic approach to coordinate these project implementation between the respective Ministry of Health Managements in Elwak Kenya & Somalia with the formation of a stakeholders forum/Group including the TB patients,Community Health Workers,women,youths & Village Committees. > Carry out an advocacy outreach campaign in both Health facilities ( 8 km border between Kenya & Somalia)share foods & resources. > Establish a networking linkage >

>We are member of the Mandera County Health Management Stakeholders group with regular Coordination meetings held on the Health Programs (Kenya Program). >We are running Healthcare services project in Elwak Somalia & outreach field visits to provide basic clinic access & Support the Main referral Hospital(Somalia Program). > We are an implementing partner with National Aids control Council (Global funded HIV/Aids awareness project in Elwak Kenya 2011-2012. |
