As part of our portfolio, we are addressing the issue of community health enhancement by creating a Community Health Worker training and employment program. Through this program, we are able to ensure that the community receives the input it requires from the medical sector and is referred to the correct medical intervention on time. This fits in perfectly with our vision to grow our partners’ businesses and encourage participation between these the community and the health practitioner, as this allows for a mutually beneficial relationship.
Several opportunities exist for a trained Community Health Worker which includes: Community Health, HIV/AIDS and TB Counsellor, Occupational Health, Home Carer, Therapist Assistant and more.
