1.(A) Mission and main focus - S E W A "To serve the people" in multidimentional progess.
Identify Forgotten neglected or uncared slum,rural,SC/ST.,Minorities and provide them with an opportunity to exchange views acquaint them with the progress,experience,achievement and failure-opportunity and occasion to foster,friendship,brother-hood and greater integration with others.
2."This is a social desease."If we will not aware the people before and at the time it will capture the whole society.This is the right time to aware peoples,otherwise its difficut to control .This is our responsibility to stop T.B.because we also a part of society.
3.We are doing:-
(a).Advocacy,Communication and social mobilization.
(b).Collecting sputum and give it to examine.
(c).After getting the result,if possitive,we provide medicines through DOT CENTER /Hospital.
(d).Follow-up regularly.The Target Groups-Factory
workers,Slum dwellers, migrant workers,urban poor and other vulnerable groups , are identified as major priority population,rural people,students/teenagers,illiterate people,smokers,transport workers, aged people living in elderly homes, Nuns/Monk residing at Monastery,and other minority caste groups are also regarded as priority population for TB ACSM activities.Because advocacy,communication, and social mobilization( ACSM)is increasingly acknowledge as an essential component of the T.B Program i.e. Need for ACSM may very at different localities based on its service availability ,literacy ,disease problems,population characteristics ,hence assessment of the need of vital for planing and organizing any ACSM related activities ,it is to explore the existing and potential stakeholders who can be involved in such activities in any particular area for effective implementation of TB ACSM Activities in the Area.The study was designed with both qualitative and quantitative methods . Please tell us how your organization will contribute to the Global Plan to Stop TB by briefly describing its involvement in any of the areas of work listed below:

TB-HIV:
our main imphasis will be to educate the population about these two micro organism and about the meternal relation among these two.our expert team will educate clinicians and rural practitioners about the difficulty in diagnosis of T B in H I V patients.sceening programmes will be held ill in every PHCs level by our organisation for HIV and TB (sputam,examination,x-rays,utra sound and sample blood test,wherever necessary samples willbe sent to higher laborataries for advance tests)our expert team will teach the medical practitioners about the relationship between extra pulmonary TB and HIV.And about the diagnosis of extra pulmonary TB in patients suffering from HIV infections when they attends there clinics for unusual complains unexpected i solitary TB patients.
Every pregenancy must get noticed as early as possible to provent the Feto Meternal-transmission of HIV by drugs.Our voluntears will educate every aldosent and young girls as well as their family members about the screening tests ang its benefits as soon as their or family members get pregnent and hazards of ignoring the screening tests.
