| 1, Our mission is to save the society and to give them a general awareness regarding there health. Our main focus is to stop tb 2,We work in a over crowded slum area where whole slum(bustee) is like a family there is no separation if one family has a tb patient then it can easily infect other.Population of slum is based on extremely poor people and tb is increasing there poverty. 3,We have a tb centre where we have charitable dispensary where most of the poor patient come for there general treatment and from them we got many tb suspect cases then we send them to other tb doctors or the govt. hospital and after there diagnosis of tb we bring tb medicine(DOTS)from govt. and provide them DOTS. we have dots system from 9am. to 9pm. 6 days. we have around 50 tb ptns. including 3 mdr and we have around 100 ptns. we treat per year. we have a plan to have a total tb care center. under one roof qualified tb doctor and all facilities of diagnosis(x-ray, sputum,etc.). we also wants to make awareness in society which is necessary. We need funds because we get monthly expenses through an ngo but now they don't have funds to help us they ask us to find other partner . If suddenly they will stop society will suffer because we don't partner to run it. |
