A Community Based Organization in Kenya with main aim of stimulating creative and sustainable solutions to key community Challenges, Company Overview F.G.C was formed after the post election violence that marred our country to provide the community with a collective voice of reason in addressing problems hindering their development with a membership of 50 youths spread in Starehe constituency locations. one of the areas that was hard hit by the post election violence. F. G .C. provides a number of services to its members and the community at large under six programme areas
1) Personal development and advocacy 2) Health and safety 3) Violence, drug and substance abuse 4) Home based care for the disabled 5) Care and education for orphans,destitutes and vulnerable children
F.G.C works in partnership with various organizations in its response to various problems affecting its members and the community at large. WY INTERESTED IN TB F.G.C runs an orphanage with 50 children, these children are vulnerable to T.B due to several resons. It also runs a home based care programme for the disabled who are also vulnerable to T.B. We really need to work hard in the elimination of T.B within our locality. We intend to run a campaign and advocacy programmes on T.B causes,treatment and avoidance. |

We refer potential T.B patients to the government health units but most importantly we do run home based care programmes to follow up on patients who are on drugs. We would like to make it aroject.k |
