1. About organization
HUMAN PSYCHOLOGY ORGANIZATION & RESEARCH CENTER is a Voluntary organization active since last one year in the field of development of Marginalized, Landless, Women, Child and underprivileged section of the society. It was registered under the M.P. Society and firms act in 1973.
The present operational area of the organization is in Jabalpur division.
Our core area of expertise are Reproductive and child health, Community Health, Rehabilitation of Disable people especially mental retardation, Street child, poor population for Lytle industrial tanning program and , Livelihood, Watershed and Plantation Natural resource management, Micro credit & Micro Finance, Advocacy, Women empowerment, Panchayati Raj Institution and Study & documentation.
The major achievement of the organization
It is resource organization of NST program in seoni District on 2008.

Strength
The organization has all the legal documents, Organization has experienced and committed staff, Organization has experience in implementing health and rehabilitation project, We have own training centre equipped, Organization is members of National, State, District level committee and Consortium / institution, The organization has good rapport and relation with district authority in its operational area and Good library with different documents, report and literature on health, Psychological & career counseling.
Weakness.
Turn over off staff, Lack of sufficient Fund and less experienced staff in field work & other creativity programs.

3. A. GOAL –
The Goal of TB Control program is to decrease mortality and morbidity due to TB and cut transmission of infection until TB ceases to be a major public health problem in patan block of district Jabalpur (M.P.)

Sputum Screening Programming Program need analysis ,gap analysis and preparation of micro plan accordingly Installation of Sputum Collection depots , Collection of managed depots , Sputum testing and thrust on proper and regular follow up of the Dots and skill development of CBOs for Dots Treatment.
Outreach Micro Planning and outreach monitoring & capacity building of the staff. 1. By skill development of staff and trough exposure visit.
2. Shuffling of the Peer educators and target based activities of the ORW.
