| Bethesda is working for last ten years for Awareness & Advocacy on leprosy with International organisaation The Leprosy Mission. simultaneously working for leprosy it is observed that people in Dumka District Block Kathikund in Jharkhand States, which is very remote area and alsmost 70% area is in forest. Working here we have detected lot of TB cases but being in far flung area no proper diagnostic facilities is available and moreover tin this are there is no PHC. Initially with help of Block PHC our workers collect their sputom samples an positive cases are reffered to PHC for treatment, but this process is not well organised. |

| While working for Awerness & Advocacy for leprosy and malaria, Bethesda never neglected the TB patients or person with TB symptoms.In case detection of any potential or positive case is always referred to local or near by PHC for treatment and encouraged for completion of treatment. |
