Contribution

TB Care Delivery:
implimentation enhancement advocacy social mobilization

Drug-Resistant TB:

Hard work against the multidrug-resistant tuberculosis:
1 (2.Contribution strengthening the general health system is public-private approach and public public international standards for the treatment of TB.). Involvement while engaging all care providers and other organizations of Civil Society Strengthening of skills in MDR-TB management requires a substancial development of human resources and different categories including technical and managerial capabilities. b) The improvement of the competence of the laboratory for culture and sensitivity testing could build capacity.
3. Prevention of deaths and prolonged layers resistant to anti-TB and creating incurable forms of TB trannsmission. 4.Suivi - Surveillance of resistance and enhanced management of multi resistant TB patients as building blocks in the fight against TB. Promoting communication and social mobilization, advocacy.

TB-HIV:
Treatment, Care and Support - Prevention - Human and Legal Rights
o Reduce sexual transmission through promoting behaviour change among young, HIV positive and high risk people. Develop programmes for workplaces, male sexual health and against gender violence and alcohol and substance abuse
o Improve programmes to deal with TB, STIs and prevention of infection in sexual assault cases.
o Enable people with HIV to lead healthy and productive lives by increasing treatment, care and support and managing TB and HIV co-infection.
o Ensure everyone knows and understands the laws and policies relating to HIV and AIDS.
o Ensure non-discrimination and adherence to laws and monitor human rights violations.
o Mobilise society to organise it self and build leadership of HIV positive people to protect and promote human rights.
o Identify and remove legal, policy and cultural barriers to effective prevention, treatment and support.
o Focus on the human rights of women and girls, including those with disabilities and mobilise society to stop gender violence and advance equality in sexual relations.
