Organization Description: |
4-H Ghana was registered in the year 2000 as an NGO to promote social economic development of the people especially young people. Since its formation, 43-H Ghana has been working with Ghana AIDS Commission, FHI, USAID, OICI in the HIV and AIDS prevention, care and support for PLWHA and other MARPs such as Female Sex Workers. Many of our PLWHA are TB patients and we believe working with TB Partnership will promote good collaboration in fighting TB. 4-H Ghana intend to mainstream TB into our HIV and AIDS programmes and also reach out to other most at risk populations in the Prisons, and homes through the Home based care project we are implementing with OICI and GAC in 10 Districts in Eastern Region. |
