Organization Description:
The Stop-TB Forum is a network of German NGOs that work on tuberculosis within Germany and globally. Members of the Stop-TB Forum include: action medeor, BUKO Pharma-Kampagne, DAHW German Leprosy and Tuberculosis Relief Association, Deutsche Stiftung Weltbevölkerung, German Central Committee against Tuberculosis (DZK), Koch-Metchnikov-Forum, Médecins Sans Frontières Germany and Misereor. Our goal is to raise awareness about and mobilize resources to prevent the spread of and treat tuberculosis globally. We also advocate for the research and development of new TB diagnostics, drugs and vaccines.

We advocate for and raise awareness about the need to expand and enhance DOTS around the world.

Drug-Resistant TB:
We raise awareness about the existence of and challenges in treating drug-resistant TB as well as the need to research and develop new diagnostics and drugs for drug-resistant tuberculosis.

TB-HIV:
We raise awareness about TB-HIV co-infection.
