Care for African kids was founded in 2009 with a mission of improving the lives of disadvantaged people Since for us we are based in rural areas of Uganda where there is no hospitals and those there have drugs, we need to advocate more for immunization against TB, also to build small health centers where people can get free drugs, counseling and immunize.At the moment we are just counseling the infected ones
