Society For Motivation improving living & Empowerment (SMILE) is a non-profit making non- governmental organization, was established in 2007 and registered under the Societies Act of 1860 (Registration No. 5096/5/6499). with the motive of making the lives of the individuals more easy and pleasant. SMILE is a group of community workers interested in the improvement of the standard of life of the ignored and disadvantage sections of the Society, particularly rural masses, through a variety of socio economic services, adopting a multi-disciplinary approach in the different social sectors of the Pakistan Economy.
Being Living in a third world country with alarming rate of illiteracy ,fast growing population and facing bad governance for more than 60 years ,make our society dependant on national level. We could not developed our industry nor achieved the required modern technology. We believe that we are in a time when it is vitally important for government, civil society and individuals to reach out and support those in need. We decided to take action to be the change that we wish to see in this world and hopefully inspire other to do the same. our intrest in TB is motivated by our SMILE volunteers network.we got information about TB patients from vlounteers across the whole province and motivate us to interven and help our proplr. We are going to conduct a survey throughout Khyber pakhton Khaw through our SMILE Volunteers Network.this will include 1.Patients idetification 2.Awarness about TB 3.Facilitation of TB patients 4.Link them to NTP 5.Access to near and easy treatment centers 6.Feed back from patients 7.Data of TB patients
