The community Empowerment for Peace and Health Initiative(CEPI), is a non governmental organisation committed to promote health, Reproductive right of women and youth, survival of children and skills acquisition for development and Economic Empowerment, with support of key stakeholders within the community towards sustainable growth and impact. We are passionate about tuberculosis treatment and prevention because of its high incidence rate and the level of its awareness in poor communities we work is very low. We create awareness through advocacy to stakeholders and gatekeepers,TB education for the community,empower vulnerable groups, widows, PLWHA, TB patients through skill aquisition and economic empowerment.We train IPCCs,Community Volunteers and Treatment Supporters to track treatment adherence and prevention. |
