Organization Description:
RIT/JATA Philippines,Inc.(RJPI) is a local based Non- Government Organization (NGO) which was established in September 2007. RJPI was registered under the Securities of Exchange Commission (SEC) last 29th of January 2008. This organization is funded by Ministry of Foreign affairs (MOFA) and RIT/JATA Headquarters (Japan). It is governed by the prestigious RJPI Board of Trustees composed of leaders and experts in Tuberculosis known internationally and in the Philippines. Its focus is reaching the underprivileged people in the community by bridging the gap through the networks among the NGOs, Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) and Local Government Units (LGUs) in support of the National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) to improve the access to quality DOTS implementation.
