Pathfinders empower women, youth and children for self and community Development in Greater Accra, Central and Eastern Regions. In achieving these; Pathfinder's engages in the following activities:-
HIV/AIDS, Malaria and Tuberculosis Education, Treatment, Prevention and Control Care and Support for PLWHIV and TB clients Orphans Vulnerable Children (OVC) Skill Training for unskilled unemployed women and youth Girl Child Education Micro Finance for PLWHIV and Single Parents Support for youth farmers. |
