Besides having registration with social welfare deptt, PLYC is further enrolled with the Ministry of Youth Affairs, Women Development, Social welfare (Government of Pakistan), Population Welfare Deptt (Govt of Pakistan)UNICEF and Department of Public Information (DPI) / NGO section United Nations, New York, USA. |

PLYC has pilot the project of Public Private Mix ( PPM ) in different districts of Punjab.
PLYC has trained 1200 people from both private and public sector including Doctors and paramedics on TB Drug Management. |

Please tell us how your organization will contribute to the Global Plan to Stop TB by briefly describing its involvement in any of the areas of work listed below: |
TB Care Delivery: We are partner in the Pakistan Government's National TB control programme.
TB-HIV: Organization is focusing to control or minimse the MDR TB epidemic in Persons living with HIV, using various diagnostic and advocacy tools.
Laboratory Strengthening: We are focusing on capacity building of laboratory personnel and feel that in TB endemic countries this should be the top priority for all TB control efforts. |
