non governmental in health promotion and community development.we have engage in the compaign of TB, Hiv and Aids . Through out the past 5 years we have worked with the Ghana National TB control program where a musical jingle on TB was composed to educate commercial transport drivers and their co drivers. we are registered in the companies code of ghana as a non governmental organisation and have the recognition from the department of social welfare to operate as such.
our interest in TB is in line with the organisational vision , Mision and objective that we provide health information to the door step of the beneficiary communities and persons without respector of person, this including children and advocating for their right to quality health care services
what we plan to do is continue visiting communities especially affected communities to provide care ,support and informaation that will see to the speedy cure of TB cases and sustaining the use of our volunteers to reaching out to the affected persons in deprived communities for free medication and treatment at health centres. |

Concern Health Education Project is working to reach the hard to reach communites of ghana and is using innovative means such as nusic to send the message of TB information to the targeted audience . We have been working with the National TB program of Ghana in the past and hope to continue our relationship to move further our strategy of ensuring that TB information reach those in need.currently our proposal is with the National TB program pending approval to the global fund round 10 call for sub receipient application. |
