Organization Description:
The HLPC works to provide legal and policy solutions to the challenges of health care provisions, health systems strengthening and unfettered access to health services by vulnerable people, communities and key populations. Ensuring that law and policy plays a facilitative rather than hinder access to quality health services. We work in HIV, TB and human rights space to advocate for rights based policies and laws.

2.We are interested in TB work because of the emerging TB and Silicosis challenge in Zimbabwean mines and cement factories. E.g so far in Zimbabwe this year 27 people have died of silicosis at a cement mine in the midlands city of Kwekwe in Zimbabwe.

3. We plan to do litigation and advocacy for favourable policies and laws that strengthen prevention and mitigation in the face of TB
