Organization Description:
1. The Luke Commission’s mission is to deliver compassionate, comprehensive healthcare to the most isolated and underserved populations of southern Africa in collaboration with local communities, government, corporate, and non-profit partners.

2. TLC is interested in TB because it is working in Eswatini, which has a high burden of HIV-TB.

3. TLC delivers comprehensive healthcare and as part of that platform, performed more than 200,000 TB screenings in 2023 and initiated more than 280 people on Anti-TB Treatment. TLC does diagnostic testing through GeneXpert as well as TB LAM and Digital Chest X-ray among other EPTB diagnostic modalities. TLC also provides both DSTB and DRTB treatment, including both inpatient and outpatient care. TLC would like to strengthen community case-finding efforts, including contact tracing. The TLC laboratory also has additional capacity to conduct more testing for nearby clinics that don’t have access to testing at their facilities.
