Community Integrated Development Organization (CIDO) is a non- governmental, non- partisan, non-tribal and non-profit Community Based Organization (CBO) that was established in 2018 and first legally registered at Otuboi Sub County level with registration number OTU/CBO/387/2020 and at Kalaki district level with certificate registration number 13/KAL/CSO/2021. The Community Integrated Development Organization was established with the aim of ensuring healthy population in a health environment at the time when climate change is affecting different natural habitats. Mission: To promote a healthy environment through sustainable practices that improve human health and well- being. Interested because Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that most often affects the lungs. It spreads through the air when infected people cough, sneeze or spit. This makes everyone susceptible to infection so there is need for a concerted effort towards a healthy population. Plan: Early detection and Early screening of clients with persistent cough which is more than two weeks, Contact tracing and follow up of clients on treatment.
