1.Key stakeholders TB programming in Nepal are capacitated and sensitized CRG for TB and integrate CRG interventions in national level plans and policies. 2.Completed situational Analysis of Tuberculosis Elimination Program in Kathmandu valley Using Communities, Rights, and Gender (CRG) Tools. 3.Strengthened network and survival group in the National programming through country coordination mechanism (CCM) and community led monitoring of TB services 4.Reduced barriers to standardized TB Preventive, diagnostic, and treatment through key population-specific and Gender-sensitive interventions.
